To book a scan of your property is easy.

You can pay online to book your scan. Once payment has been made we will dispatch the scanner at the agreed time and place. Expect to receive your property marketing website within 1-3 days after scan has taken place.

We schedule scans on a first-come, first-served basis, Monday through Saturday, and batch appointments by area where possible. If we have availability the next day, we’ll be happy to come out and scan your property. If we’re fully booked, we’ll let you know our next available date and do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible. Simply contact us to check our current schedule.

We mainly cover Makati, BGC, Rizal, and parts of Metro Manila. We’re happy to travel outside these areas—just send us your location and we’ll give you a custom quote.

Please make sure the property is clean and ready. This helps us produce better scans and images, which helps sell or rent the property faster.

Here’s a quick checklist:

  • Finish any landscaping, painting, or deep cleaning before we arrive.

We charge a small monthly fee because hosting 3D scans and websites online comes with ongoing costs. This covers the hosting of your 3D Property Scan, and website hosting, ensuring your property stays live on the internet 24/7, secure, and accessible at all times.

Not at all. We’re happy to work directly with the homeowner. We’ll represent you professionally throughout the shoot.

No need to cancel! We actually love shooting on overcast or rainy days—lighting is often better. If the weather ever becomes an issue, we’ll contact you in advance to reschedule if needed.

You’ll receive all your content within 1–3 days after the scan. Larger commercial properties may take a bit longer due to additional editing. If you need a rush job, just let us know and we’ll do our best to speed it up.

You’re not just getting a scan — you’re getting a full-blown digital launchpad to help you stand out in the market. 

Measurements are generally accurate to within 1% of reality under normal operating conditions. Decalibration, abnormal temperatures, and other factors may result in reduced accuracy.

For example, in a 10 ft (3 m) long room, measurements can vary within 1.2 in (3 cm) from actual.

In addition, objects smaller than 1 in (2.5 cm) in any dimension may not appear. This also applies to very shiny or very dark objects since not enough light is reflected back to form a 3D mesh.

Floor Plans are 97% accurate to be on the safe side.

You have full rights to use the scans, images, videos, and marketing materials we create for you. While the scans are hosted through Matterport and technically generated by our equipment, they are of your property and created on your behalf. You’re free to use all content across any platform or medium, without restriction.

We reserve the right to showcase selected work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Absolutely. You have full rights to use your content for any marketing purpose, including MLS listings, websites, social media, printed materials, or large-scale displays. It’s yours to use however you need.

We do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Once payment is made, we schedule our team and block off that time for you—often turning down other bookings.

However, we’re happy to reschedule your appointment if needed. Just let us know in advance. If you choose not to proceed with the scan, the payment is forfeited.

We operate Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM.
Weekend scans (Saturday or Sunday) are available by prior arrangement and may include an additional fee.
